Policies
Age restrictions
Certain treatments have minimum age requirements. Under-18s require written parental consent for eligible treatments. Please ask before booking.
New-client deposits
New clients are asked for a deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This is deducted from the treatment cost on the day.
Appointment confirmation
You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is agreed with Natasha. Please reply to confirm you have received it.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit and repeat late cancellations may affect future bookings.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, the appointment may need to be shortened so that following clients are not affected. The full treatment price still applies.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for specific treatments or monetary amounts. Please check the expiry date printed on your voucher.
Raffle vouchers
Raffle vouchers are honoured until the expiry date printed on the voucher and are non-transferable.
Medical information & patch tests
For your safety, medical history is reviewed before advanced treatments and tinting services require a patch test at least 24 hours in advance.

Accepted payment methods
Payments accepted include card and bank transfer. Please confirm accepted methods with Natasha when booking.
