Radio Frequency

How many RF skin tightening sessions do you need to see real results?

Radio Frequency skin tightening in progress

Radio Frequency skin tightening is a considered, progressive treatment. Most clients see the most meaningful change after a full course of sessions, with results developing quietly over several weeks as the skin responds.

As a very general guide, a course of six to eight sessions is a reasonable starting point for most concerns. Some clients see subtle firmness after the first two or three appointments; the visible, cumulative change usually appears later in the course and continues to develop for a few weeks after the final session as collagen remodels.

The area being treated matters. The delicate skin around the eyes and jawline often responds a little earlier than larger body areas such as the stomach, thighs or upper arms, which tend to need a longer course and a maintenance plan afterwards.

Spacing matters just as much as the number of sessions. Appointments are usually held one to two weeks apart so the skin has time to respond between visits. Squeezing sessions closer together rarely produces better results — it just makes the treatment less comfortable.

At your consultation Natasha reviews your skin, discusses realistic outcomes and recommends a course length that reflects your goals rather than a fixed template. If RF is not the right treatment for you, she will say so.

This article is general information only and does not replace an individual consultation. Individual results vary. Suitability is confirmed at consultation.
